Ella Bisconti has over 19 years of construction and project management experience with an extensive background in hazardous materials remediation. She will be involved in all aspects of the construction process. Her experiences include managing projects from the design phase through substantial completion with knowledge of developing project plans, budgets and schedules, administering RFI's and change orders as well as performing all construction accounting functions. Ms. Bisconti works closely with all parties involved in the projects, including architects, engineers, owners and contractors.
