Project Description

Strategic Construction Management, Inc. assisted the County of Monterey with property inspection services including identifying and documenting property deficiencies, recommending products to be used in rehabilitating the properties, estimating the cost of rehabilitation, choosing a qualified contractor to complete the rehabilitation, and following through to see the project is completed within the schedule and budget allocated by the county.
