Project Description
To accommodate the growing needs of the City of Santa Cruz, the City Hall Renovation Project required that existing buildings be structurally upgraded, requiring interior demolition and renovation. The integrity of the mission-style building is an important part of the history of Santa Cruz and was considered integral to the renovation project.

Strategic Construction Management, Inc. provided program, project and construction management of the structural and historical renovation of the Santa Cruz City Hall Campus, including structures off-campus for Redevelopment and Parks & Recreation. We worked closely with the City of Santa Cruz to minimize disruption of the city hall campus, city employees, and visitors.
