Project Description:
In addition to site development work, Phase 1 includes the construction of approximately 26,500 square feet which includes classroom buildings, restrooms, gymnasium, and installation of temporary office. Additional improvements include playing fields, outdoor basketball courts, rehabilitation of an existing swimming pool, construction of a new parking lot, and installation of landscaping and berm along the main access frontage roam.

Phase II is the construction of approximately 35,500 square feet which will include a dining hall, administrative building, maintenance building, chapels, additional classroom space, science classroom, art building and resource building.
