Strategic Construction Management, Inc. provided leadership for the property acquisition, architectural coordination and contract management for the development of a new 58,000 square foot church campus on eight acres of grounds that includes a 1,200 seat sanctuary, gardens, a gymnasium, a youth center, and an 80-foot cross that is visible from all of San Jose, CA.
Because the project was directly in the flight path of the landing approach to the San Jose International Airport, extensive coordination with the City of San Jose planning agencies was necessary to obtain permits and comply with land use requirements.
