Strategic Construction Management, Inc. provided coordination for the contractor selection, planning, budgeting, and construction management for the development of a new campus for the La Cañada Presbyterian Church.
The new five-building complex included the development of new buildings for Family Life, Youth, a Worship Chapel, as well as other ministries. Originally built in 1937, the existing sanctuary was renovated to provide space for their growing congregation, as well as state-of-the-art sound, lighting, and audio-visual systems.
The campus project was over 75,000 square feet of renovation, restoration, and newly constructed facilities in La Cañada Flintridge, California. Construction was completed in spring 2007.
