Strategic Construction Management, Inc. is providing pre-construction contractor selection and construction management services to the Moreau Catholic High School for their renovation of an existing building and the new addition of a library, science classroom and media broadcast center.
Work will include relocation services to temporary facilities for specific crucial school functions, the abatement coordination of work areas, and construction oversight of the renovated and newly constructed spaces.
Construction began in May 2006 and is scheduled to be completed in late summer 2007.
